We have a minimum order value of $125 on all frozen seafood which includes Free Standard Shipping to the continental US. For guaranteed delivery within the same week using our Free Standard Shipping, orders must be placed by Monday at 11:59pm CT.
If you miss this cutoff and need delivery within the week, please refer to the table below for expedited shipping options:

- The timeline above assumes timely delivery by UPS and FedEx.
- All dry good items, including canned tuna, merchandise and physical gift cards, ship separately for free via USPS with no minimum order value.
- We do not ship Friday - Sunday, due to the perishable nature of our products, which cannot be delivered on weekends.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes or FPO or APO addresses.
- At present, we only ship to continental US addresses.
- No signature is necessary for delivery.
Order Status:
Premier Catch will send all communication regarding your order to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, as well as 3 emails regarding the shipment of your order:
- Shipped - your order has left our facility
- Out for delivery - your order is enroute to your supplied address
- Delivered - your order has been delivered
Shipping Guarantee:
Unfortunately, late carrier deliveries are completely out of our control. In the event that your shipment is significantly delayed or arrives thawed or damaged, we are happy to work out a solution with you. Please contact us ASAP via email at info@premiercatch.com and include a photo of any defrosted or damaged product.

1. Due to the perishable nature of our product it is the responsibility of the customer to track and retrieve their order once delivered. We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date shown on the tracking information. If you have not received your package and your tracking information shows delivered, please contact us immediately at info@premiercatch.com.
2. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to the shipment date, if an address is altered while in transit or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to shipment.
3. Due to the perishable nature of our product, Premier Catch is not liable for deliveries made to package rooms, reception desks/rooms or lockers. If such delivery is made there, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package as soon as possible.
4. When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your order confirmation email/account for any errors. Description
Alaska Weathervane Scallops are known for their sweet flavor and tender, buttery meat. Our scallops are harvested from the Gulf of Alaska under the strictest of sustainability guidelines, and are hand shucked, cleaned, boxed, and rapid-deep-frozen within four hours of capture. This locks in the flavor and texture of each scallop. Our scallops are dry, meaning they are never soaked in water or preservatives.
Large 10/20 = 10-20 scallops per pound
Medium 20/30 = 20-30 scallops per pound
Alaska Weathervane Scallops are prized around the world and can be grilled, sauteed, pan-seared, or roasted.
Our scallops come from just 3 boats in Alaska: The F/V Ocean Hunter, the F/V Provider, and the F/V Polar Sea.
Serving Size
One 20 oz pack provides roughly 4-5 servings (5-6 scallops per serving).
Storage & Preparation
Storage: Seafood ordered from Premier Catch should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing: The safest way to thaw your scallops is under refrigeration. We recommend removing the product from the original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag or on a plate, and allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the vacuum-sealed bag in a bowl of COLD water for 30-45 minutes. Once thaw, remove from the packaging, rinse gently with cool water in a collander and pat dry.
Keep refrigerated until serving or preparing. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.
