Shipping & Returns

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays, and to some locations on Wednesdays. To ensure delivery by Friday, please place your order by 10am PST on Tuesday.

When will my order ship?
  • Orders placed by 10am PST on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays typically ship the same day for arrival 1-3 days later. Depending on your location, we might hold a Wednesday order and ship it the following Monday to avoid potential carrier delays over the weekend.
  • Orders placed after 10am PST Wednesday thru Sunday will ship on Monday, to arrive 1-3 days later.

*We are not able to ship Thursday - Sunday, as our items are perishable and cannot be delivered on a weekend.

Following the placement of your order, we will keep you updated on the status of your order via email. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships, is out for delivery, and when it arrives at your door.

Where do you ship to?
  • We currently ship to the continental US only.
  • We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses.
  • Due to dry ice restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Can I arrange for a specific delivery date?

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders and have a minimum order value of $125, after all discounts and before tax.

Shipping Policy

Premier Catch will send all communication regarding your order to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, as well as 3 emails regarding the shipment of your order

  • Shipped - your order has left our facility
  • Out for delivery - your order is enroute to your supplied address
  • Delivered - your order has been delivered

1. Due to the perishable nature of our product it is the responsibility of the customer to track and retrieve their order once delivered. We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date shown on the tracking information. If you have not received your package and your tracking information shows delivered, please contact us immediately at info@premiercatch.com.

2. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to the shipment date, if an address is altered while in transit or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to shipment.

3. Due to the perishable nature of our product, Premier Catch is not liable for deliveries made to package rooms, reception desks/rooms or lockers. If such delivery is made there, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package as soon as possible.

4. When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your order confirmation email/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email our support team at info@premiercatch.com immediately for correction.

What is Shipping Protection?

Unfortunately, late carrier deliveries are out of our control. We recommend purchasing the extra Shipping Protection offered during checkout. This is an added layer of protection for your order which ensures full package replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged (including defrosted) packages.


**Please take a picture of any defrosted or damaged product and email it to info@premiercatch.com for assistance with a claim. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of shipment.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order does not arrive on time, please email our team at info@premiercatch.com and we will assist you with a solution.

Unfortunately, late carrier deliveries are out of our control. We pack our frozen seafood with extra dry ice in case of delays, but sometimes packages will arrive thawed. We encourage all customers to purchase the Shipping Protection offered at checkout for full protection against late, stolen or missing packages.


If your order arrived late but the seafood is still cold to the touch, slightly thawed sealed portions may be safely placed in the freezer and consumed with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value.

What is your return/refund policy?

Premier Catch Return/Refund Policy

  • We are shipping perishable products and therefore are not able to accept any returns as they cannot be restocked or resold.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Premier Catch products for good reason, please contact us at info@premiercatch.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund. Since we are not able to physically access the product, we ask that you provide detailed photos of the product, label and damage or issue reported.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@premiercatch.com. If your order has begun fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled and you will be charged for the order, however we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

What is my order shipped in?

Our Packaging is Made From 100% Recycled Materials

Cardboard Shipping Boxes: We ship our orders in corrugated cardboard boxes, which are widely recyclable by curbside and drop-off recycling programs.

Recycled Denim Insulation: When shipping frozen products, we insulate our cardboard boxes with padded liners made of recycled denim insulation which offers extraordinary thermal protection with minimal impact on the environment. The liner is not compostable at this time, but can be reused, repurposed or up-cycled. We are working on a mail-in recycling program for the denim padding in your box now -- details coming soon! The plastic film wrapper around the insulation is a low-density polyethylene which means it can be removed and recycled.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you have any changes or need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accomodate you. Please email us immediately at info@premiercatch.com.

If your order is set to ship the same day, we can no longer change or cancel it.

Product Information

Our seafood is always wild-caught, never farmed. Our fish is flash frozen, individually vacuum-packed and pre-portioned with the bones removed. If kept frozen, it will last up to 12 months.

Is your seafood wild?

Yes! All of our seafood is wild and sustainably caught in Alaska and along the Washington and Oregon coast. We do not sell any farm raised seafood.

Why choose wild over farmed seafood?

Wild seafood is lower in fat and higher in nutrients and omega-3's than farmed seafood. The color of wild seafood is natural and derived from its diet in the wild where farmed seafood typically contains additives and dyes to give it color. Farmed salmon has almost twice the fat content as wild salmon and is pumped with antibiotics.

Why is your seafood frozen?

Our seafood is frozen to lock in the nutrients and flavor. By freezing seafood soon after it's caught, we preserve the freshness so when you thaw it at home, it's as fresh as it was the day it was caught. Seafood from the grocery store or market can be sitting out for extended periods of time or thawed on arrival. By offering frozen seafood, we put you in control of the freshness!

How long with my seafood last once thawed?

Once thaw, your raw fish can be kept in the refrigerator (40 °F or less) to 2-3 days before cooking.

After cooking, store seafood in the refrigerator 3 to 4 days.

How do I store my seafood?

Seafood should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.

Thawing Instructions - Fish

The safest way to thaw your fish is under refrigeration. We recommend removing the product from the original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag or on a plate, and allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.

If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the vacuum-sealed portions in a bowl of COLD water for 30-45 minutes. Once thaw, remove from the packaging, rinse gently with cool water and pat dry.

Keep refrigerated until serving or preparing. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.

Thawing Instructions - Scallops + Shrimp

The safest way to thaw your scallops and shrimp is under refrigeration. We recommend removing the product from the original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag or on a plate, and allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.

If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the vacuum-sealed bags in a bowl of COLD water for 30-45 minutes. Once thaw, remove from the packaging, rinse gently with cool water in a collander and pat dry.

Keep refrigerated until serving or preparing. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.

Thawing Instructions - Crab

Our crab products are all fully cooked and then frozen. They are designed for you to simply thaw and eat.

The safest way to thaw your crab is under refrigeration. We recommend gently rinsing the crab legs under cold water and then placing them on a wire rack over a tray in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight. This ensures thawing at safe temperatures.

Keep refrigerated until serving or preparing. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.

Do I need to heat my crab?

Our crab products are fully cooked. You may simply thaw and enjoy!

We love crab served chilled or at room temperature, but if desired, you may warm the crab before serving. To warm your crab, we recommend you steam it for four minutes or bake in 400 degree oven for three or four minutes, however, be careful not to overheat it as the meat can become tough.
