- Packed in insulated packaging with dry ice and shipped via UPS & FedEx.
- $125 minimum order on frozen seafood.
- Pick your ship date up to 30 days ahead at checkout — or we ship the next available day.

- Standard: order by Monday 11:59 pm CT for same-week shipping.
- Overnight: order by 11:59 pm CT the day before it ships. Orders placed Thursday–Saturday ship the following Monday:

Dry Goods
- Canned tuna, merchandise & physical gift cards ship free via USPS, no minimum — separately, and may arrive on a different day.

Address Accuracy
- You’re responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address.
- Wrong or incomplete addresses aren’t eligible for free replacement or refund.
- Returned/undeliverable packages can be reshipped at your expense.
