Thaw coho salmon and snow crab meat.
Add ½ cup of each to a bowl. Mix in kewpie mayo, sriracha, and sesame oil until evenly combined and set aside.
Place two cups of rice on a piece of parchment paper and flatten into a 1” thick circle to mimic a pizza crust.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and air fry the rice crust for 10 minutes.
When the rice is ready, let it cool for a few minutes and then top it with a layer of the crab and salmon mixture.
Top with kewpie mayo, sriracha, green onions, and furikake seasoning.
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
