These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaska Spot Prawns or Wild Gulf Shrimp. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
Heat olive oil in a large wok pan over medium heat.
Sautée garlic for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add red curry paste and baste it with the coconut milk and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
Add spot prawns, noodles, and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the prawns and the noodles are fully cooked.
Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Garnish with diced green onions, red Thai chili, and chili oil or chili garlic crunch for an extra kick.
Serve and enjoy!
