In a medium sized bowl, toss brocoli in olive oil, minced garlic, and coconut aminos. Stir until broccoli is evenly coated.
In a skillet over medium heat, sautée the broccoli under tender for 5-7 minutes.
While the broccoli cooks, assemble the rest of the ingredients starting with rice, snow crab meat, and vegetables.
Add the broccoli to the bowl when finished.
Drizzle sriracha-mayo and garnish with sesame seeds.
