This high-protein salmon rice bowl is perfect for busy days. It features flaked salmon mixed with sushi rice, sesame oil, sriracha, and mayonnaise. Add avocado slices, cucumber, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a nutritious and delicious meal.

8oz Wild Alaska Sockeye or King Salmon, cooked
2 cups sushi rice
3 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
¼ cup diced green onion
chopped avocado
chopped cucumber
seaweed sheets
sesame seeds
Add cooked salmon to a bowl, flake it apart and add rice. (If you haven’t cooked your salmon yet, follow the steps here)
Add sesame oil, sriracha, and kewpie mayo. Mix until well combined.
Add salmon, rice mixture to a bowl with chopped avocado, cucumber, and seaweed sheets.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
