We ship frozen seafood Monday through Thursday, depending on the shipping method you choose and when you place your order.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders placed Monday ship Tuesday.
Orders placed Tuesday through Sunday typically ship the following Monday.

2-Day Express
Orders placed Monday ship Tuesday.
Orders placed Tuesday ship Wednesday.
Orders placed Wednesday - Sunday ship the following Monday.

Overnight Shipping
Orders placed Monday ship Tuesday.
Orders placed Tuesday ship Wednesday.
Orders placed Wednesday ship Thursday.
Orders placed Thursday through Saturday ship the following Monday.

Tracking
Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a tracking email with delivery updates. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 days after they leave our warehouse.

*This schedule assumes on-time delivery by our carriers. While we make everyย effort to ensure timely arrival, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If a delay affects your delivery, please contact us atย orders@premiercatch.com, and weโ€™ll do our best to make it right!

  • We currently ship to the continental US only.
  • We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses.
  • Due to dry ice restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Yes. You can select your ship method and a delivery date at checkout, up to 90 days in advance. If you have questions or need to adjust after placing an order, email orders@premiercatch.com.

Yes, in addition to our Free Standard Shipping we offer 2-Day Express Shipping ($65) and Standard Overnight Shipping ($85) on business days. You may make this selection at checkout. Please click here for more detailed shipping information and timelines.

All shipments are packed to handle three days in transit, so all orders are delivered 1-3 days after shipping.

Carrier delays can occasionally happen due to weather or other circumstances. If your shipment is significantly delayed or arrives thawed or damaged, please email us at orders@premiercatch.com and we will work with you on a solution.

Important shipping details

  • Due to the perishable nature of our product it is the responsibility of the customer to track and retrieve their order once delivered. We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date shown on the tracking information. If you have not received your package and your tracking information shows delivered, please contact us immediately atย orders@premiercatch.com.


  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee delivery if the shipping address is entered incorrectly, if a change is not requested before the ship date, or if the package is redirected while in transit. We also cannot guarantee delivery if the order is not retrieved on the scheduled delivery date and we were not notified in advance.

    Please review your shipping address carefully when placing your order and double-check your confirmation email for accuracy. If you notice an error, email us immediately at orders@premiercatch.com so we can correct it before your order ships. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has shipped.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, Premier Catch is not liable for deliveries made to package rooms, reception desks/rooms or lockers. If such delivery is made there, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package as soon as possible.

We stand behind the quality of our wild seafood. If something isnโ€™t right with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and weโ€™ll make it right.

Because our seafood is perishable, weโ€™re unable to accept returns. For any quality concerns, a photo of the product is required so we can review the issue and share feedback with our fishermen and processors.
