Frozen seafood ships Monday through Thursday, depending on your shipping method and order date.

To receive your order the same week:
• Free Standard Shipping: Order by Monday at 11:59 pm CT
• Overnight Shipping: Order by Wednesday at 11:59 pm CT

Standard shipping typically arrives 1 to 3 business days after your order ships. Overnight shipping arrives the next business day.

Shipping Policy & Order Deadlines

We currently ship frozen seafood throughout the contiguous United States.

We are unable to ship frozen orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Yes. You can select a preferred shipping date for frozen orders at checkout up to 90 days in advance, making it easy to plan ahead.

Your delivery date will depend on the shipping method selected and carrier transit times. Standard shipping typically arrives 1–3 business days after shipment, while Overnight arrives the next business day.

Yes. Overnight Shipping is available at checkout for $59 and is the fastest option we offer when you need your seafood sooner.

Carrier delays occasionally happen. Our frozen seafood is packed in insulated packaging with dry ice to help protect it during transit.

Continue tracking your shipment and bring the box inside as soon as it arrives. If the seafood is 40°F or below, it can safely be refrozen.

If your order arrives warm, damaged, or you have any concern about its condition, email us at orders@premiercatch.com with your order number and a photo of the seafood and packaging. We’ll review what happened and take care of you.
