We have a minimum order value of $125 on all frozen seafood which includes Free Standard Shipping to the continental US. For guaranteed delivery within the same week using our Free Standard Shipping, orders must be placed by Monday at 11:59pm CT.

Order Status:
Premier Catch will send all communication regarding your order to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, as well as 3 emails regarding the shipment of your order:
- Shipped - your order has left our facility
- Out for delivery - your order is enroute to your supplied address
- Delivered - your order has been delivered
Shipping Guarantee:
Unfortunately, late carrier deliveries are completely out of our control. In the event that your shipment is significantly delayed or arrives thawed or damaged, we are happy to work out a solution with you. Please contact us ASAP via email at info@premiercatch.com and include a photo of any defrosted or damaged product.

1. Due to the perishable nature of our product it is the responsibility of the customer to track and retrieve their order once delivered. We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date shown on the tracking information. If you have not received your package and your tracking information shows delivered, please contact us immediately at info@premiercatch.com.
2. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to the shipment date, if an address is altered while in transit or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to shipment.

How to store frozen Dungeness crab meat: Our crab meat should be kept frozen until you are ready to serve. It can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but should be used within 6 months of purchase for the best flavor.
How to thaw frozen Dungeness crab meat: The safest way to thaw it is under refrigeration. Place the frozen package on a plate and thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
For a quick thaw method, place the frozen package of crab meat in a bowl of cold water for approximately 30 min.
Keep your crab meat refrigerated until you are ready to serve or prepare. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.
