1.5lbs Wild Alaska Spot Prawns: Harvested sustainably from the pristine waters of southeast Alaska, ensuring the highest quality and freshest taste possible, our Alaska Spot Prawns are the perfect addition to any seafood lovers culinary repertoire.
2lbs Dungeness Crab Snap-N-Eats™️: Sustainably harvested from the icy waters in Alaska. These meaty crab legs are low calorie, low fat, and have a sweet, mild flavor and tender flesh. Paired with our proprietary Snap-N-Eat make our Dungeness Crab trully a treat to eat.
1lb Wild Oregon Shrimp: Harvested off the Oregon Coast in Pacific Northwest, our Wild Oregon Shrimp are hand-picked and peeled and then cocked and frozen. They make for the perfect quick and clean protein for salads, dips, shrimp cocktails, egg rolls, and much more!
20oz Alaska Weathervane Scallops: Our sweet, buttery, and tender Alaska Weathervane Scallops are harvested from the Gulf of Alaska under the strictest of sustainability guidelines, hand shucked, cleaned, boxed and rapid-deep-frozen within four hours of capture.
Storage & Preparation
Storage: Seafood ordered from Premier Catch should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing: The safest way to thaw your fish is under refrigeration. We recommend removing the product from the original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag or on a plate, and allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the vacuum-sealed portions in a bowl of COLD water for 30-45 minutes. Once thaw, remove from the packaging, rinse gently with cool water and pat dry.
Keep refrigerated until serving or preparing. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.
