Ingredients

Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon

Fettuccine (optional: use gluten free)

Pesto
-
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh chopped parsley
-
Parmesan cheese
-
Salt & pepper
Directions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package.
Toss pasta in pesto sauce.
Gently fold in cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
Top with smoked salmon. Season with salt and pepper and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
