Ingredients
-
8 spring roll wrappers
-
neutral vegetable oil for frying
-
2 x 6oz Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
-
⅓ cup coconut aminos
-
1 tsp sesame oil
-
¼ cup chopped green onions
-
furikake seasoning
Directions
Skin and chop salmon into bite size pieces.
Mix salmon with coconut aminos and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat oil (enough to submerge a wrapper) in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Fry each spring roll wrapper one at a time by submerging it in the hot oil for 15-30 seconds. You may have to replace the oil and cook in batches.
Fill each wrapper with salmon poke and top with furikake and chopped green onions.
Enjoy!
