These Snow Crab Tacos are loaded with sweet, tender crab, creamy avocado, and a bold, smoky taco sauce.

Ingredients

8oz Wild Snow Crab Meat
6 small corn tortillas, warmed
avocado slices
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Lime wedges for serving

½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp hot sauce (like Cholula or Tapatío)
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
Directions
Thaw the crab meat and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, hot sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or over an open flame for a slight char.
Fill each warmed tortilla with the snow crab meat, a few slices of avocado, and a drizzle of taco sauce.
Garnish with cilantro, sliced jalapeños, and a squeeze of lime.
Serve immediately with extra taco sauce on the side!
