Spicy Sesame Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

2 x Sockeye Salmon or King Salmon
-
egg white
-
sesame seeds
-
¼ cup tamari or coconut aminos
-
3 tbsp honey
-
1 to 2 tbsp chili sauce
-
2 tbsp sesame oil
-
3 to 4 cups cooked rice
-
avocado, sliced
-
cucumber, chopped
-
cherry tomatoes, chopped
-
green onions, diced
-
½ cup mayo
-
1-2 tbsp sriracha
-
2 tsp sesame oil

Spicy Mayo:
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw salmon and pat dry.
In one shallow bowl, add the egg white. In another, add the sesame seeds.
Dip salmon in egg white and then dip in sesame seeds to coat.
Bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the rice, sauces, and vegetables.
Assemble the bowls, drizzle sauces over, and enjoy!
Sauces:
In a small bowl, mix together tamari (or coconut aminos), honey, chili oil, and toasted sesame oil.
In another small bowl, combine mayo, sriracha, and sesame oil.
