Ingredients
blank
2 x 8oz Wild Pacific Halibut
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
olive oil
blank
1 grapefruit
1 orange
1 diced jalapeño, seeds removed
3 tbsp diced red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime
salt & pepper
Directions
Thaw halibut and pat dry.
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub onto the halibut filets.
If pan searing the halibut, heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pan sear for 8 minutes, flipping half way.
If air frying, preheat air fryer to 350 degrees and air fry for 8-10 minutes or until halibut flakes apart.
While the halibut cooks, prepare the salsa by slicing the grapefruit and orange into bite sized pieces and stirring together with the diced jalapeño (seeds removed), red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Once the halibut is cooked and slightly cooled, top with the citrus salsa.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
