Ingredients

Wild Alaska Spot Prawns

Olive oil
-
Salt & pepper
-
2-3 types of crackers

Cucumber, sliced

Radish, sliced

½ cup green olives, garnished with flaky sea salt

½ cup hummus, garnished with chickpeas
-
½ cup tzatziki, garnished with dill
-
Herbs and lemons to garnish platter
Directions
Thaw scallops and spot prawns. Rinse scallops, peel spot prawns, and pat both dry.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear scallops and prawns (one after the other) in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
Assemble the other ingredients on a platter. Add shellfish.
Serve and enjoy!
