Premier Catch Pan-Seared Halibut

Ingredients
2 lbs Wild Pacific Halibut (4 x 8oz portions)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup salted butter
juice from 1 medium lemon
Directions
Season the fish on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add fish to the skillet and sear without moving the fish for 3-4 minutes.
Flip and cook 2-4 more minutes, until cooked through and starts to flake apart.
Remove fish from pan and set aside.
Melt butter in same pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
Add juice from lemon.
Drizzle over halibut and serve.
