Directions
In a small bowl, combine cooked salmon (leftovers work great for this!), kewpie Mayo, sriracha, and coconut aminos. Flake apart the salmon and mix well.
Slice a cucumber into four pieces and hollow out the inside of each with a spoon.
Scoop the salmon mixture into the cucumber “boats”
Top with furikake seasoning and additional kewpie mayo.
