Ingredients
-
2 x Wild Alaska King Salmon
-
2 cedar grilling planks
-
olive oil, divided
-
Kitchen and Market Rice Pilaf
-
¼ cup diced white onion or shallot
Directions
Cedar Plank King Salmon:
Thaw salmon and pat dry.
Preheat grill to medium-heat. While it heats up, soak the cedar plank(s) for at least 15 minutes.
Once the grill is hot, add the king salmon, top with 1 tbsp of compound butter per fillet, and grill for 8-10 minutes.
Broccolini and Rice Pilaf:
To cook the pilaf, start by sautéing the diced onion the stove for 2-3, then lightly toast the rice, add 1.5 cups water, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes. When done, flake with a fork before serving.
For the broccolini, preheat the oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Toss the broccolini in olive oil and roast (or air fry) for 12-16 minutes. Remove, toss in K&M rosemary, garlic sauce, and return to cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Serve salmon over rice and broccolini.
Enjoy!
