Wild caught Alaskan king salmon grilled on a cedar plank and served on a plate with rice pilaf and roasted broccolini

Cedar Plank King Salmon with Broccolini and Rice Pilaf

A collaboration with Kitchen and Market, the Seattle grocer, using their compound butter, rice pilaf and broccolini. Wild Alaska king salmon grills eight to ten minutes over medium with a tablespoon of compound butter on each fillet, on cedar planks soaked at least fifteen minutes. The pilaf simmers fifteen minutes and the broccolini roasts at 400°F. Serves two.
