Cedar Plank King Salmon with Broccolini and Rice Pilaf

    1. Thaw salmon and pat dry.

    2. Preheat grill to medium-heat. While it heats up, soak the cedar plank(s) for at least 15 minutes.

    3. Once the grill is hot, add the king salmon, top with 1 tbsp of compound butter per fillet, and grill for 8-10 minutes.

    1. To cook the pilaf, start by sautéing the diced onion the stove for 2-3, then lightly toast the rice, add 1.5 cups water, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes. When done, flake with a fork before serving.

    2. For the broccolini, preheat the oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Toss the broccolini in olive oil and roast (or air fry) for 12-16 minutes. Remove, toss in K&M rosemary, garlic sauce, and return to cook for 2-3 more minutes.

    3. Serve salmon over rice and broccolini.

    4. Enjoy!
