Premier Catch Cedar Plank Salmon

- Cut salmon (sockeye or king) portions into 1 1/2" strips

- Generously salt & pepper each strip

- Drizzle with olive oil

- Sprinkle with chopped green onions

- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (black & white)

- Marinate in ziploc for one hour or up to 24 hours

- Grill on cedar planks for 7-9 minutes, until medium-rare
