Salt & pepper
Cut salmon (sockeye or king) portions into 1 1/2" strips
Generously salt & pepper each strip.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds (black & white).
Marinate in ziploc for one hour or up to 24 hours.
Grill on cedar planks for 7-9 minutes, until medium-rare
