Spicy Salmon Bowl with Momofuku Chili Garlic Crunch

Ingredients

8oz Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

1-2 tbsp Momofuku Chili Garlic Crunch (depending on preferred spice level)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp honey
-
squeeze of fresh lime
-
drizzle of olive oil
-
2 cups cooked white rice
-
½ avocado, sliced
-
1 tbsp fresh chives, diced
-
fresh cilantro and lime to garnish

optional: soy sauce or spicy mayo
Spicy Salmon:

Directions
Thaw salmon and pat dry.
Cut salmon into small pieces and add to a bowl.
Add Momofuku chili garlic crunch, garlic powder, lime juice, olive oil, and honey to the salmon and gently toss to mix.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add salmon and cook for 6-8 minutes.
To assemble the bowls, add rice as the base and top with salmon, avocado, chives, cilantro, and lime. Serve with soy sauce or spicy mayo.
