Miso Soup with Miso Marinated Sablefish

Miso-marinated wild sablefish is flaked into a hot dashi and miso broth with wakame seaweed and green onion, a quick soup built around Premier Catch sablefish.

Ingredients
water
2 portions of Miso Marinated Sablefish
2 tsp Dashi powder or granules
3 tbsp white miso paste
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
Directions
Cook miso marinated sablefish according to the directions on package. Once cooked, flake apart and set aside.
Combine water and dashi powder in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling.
Reduce the heat to medium and whisk in miso paste.
Stir in flaked miso marinated sablefish, green onions, and wakame seaweed.
Simmer for 2 minutes before serving.
