Ingredients

2 x 8oz portions of Wild Alaska Cod

3/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup pico de gallo (or chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, and cilantro)

1/2 avocado, cubed
-
1 small peach, cubed
-
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Squeeze the limes and lemons and pour over the cod.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, up to 2 hours, until the fish is cooked through and opaque.
When the fish is cooked through, stir in the pico de gallo, avocado, and chopped peach. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips or tostadas. Enjoy!
