Air Fried Halibut over Quinoa Salad

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Pacific Halibut. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Air Fried Halibut over Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

    • 1 x 8oz Wild Pacific Halibut

    • olive oil

    • salt

    • garlic powder

    • chili powder

    • 1 cup tri-color quinoa (2 cups water)

    • ½ cup cherry tomatoes

    • ½ avocado, diced

    • ½ cup edamame

    • 1 cucumber, diced

    • lemon juiced

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tbsp maple syrup

    • salt & pepper

    Directions

    1. Add 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover for 15 minutes.

    2. While the quinoa cooks, prep and cook the halibut. Start by preheating your air fryer (or oven) to 400 degrees.

    3. Add a bit of olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and chili powder to the halibut. Air-fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

    4. Prepare the ingredients for the salad and toss with the quinoa after it is cooked and cooled.

    5. For the dressing, combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.

    6. Toss dressing with the quinoa and vegetables. Top with halibut.

    7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
