Spicy Shrimp & Avocado Tower
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Oregon Bay Shrimp. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
½ to 1 cup white rice
sriracha mayo (keypie mayo + sriracha)
thinly sliced green onions
Using a measuring cup, start by adding the shrimp to the base. Then spread the avocado mixture on top of the shrimp and top that with sticky rice.
Press the measuring cup down hard. Using a knife, trace around the measuring cup to loosen the tower.
Give the measuring cup one forceful tap, letting the contents fall on the plate, creating your tower. **Be careful with this step!
Drizzle sriracha mayo over the top. Sprinkle green onions and furikake or sesame seeds on top.
