2 x 1.5 lb Sockeye Salmon Fillet
1 cube butter
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp mustard
2 cloves minced garlic
dash of worcestershire
green onions to garnish
Melt butter and mix with ketchup, soy sauce, mustard, minced garlic, and worcestershire.
Heat the grill to medium- high heat and cook the salmon, skin down on foil or grill pan, until halfway done.
Add sauce and finish cooking until medium-rare.
Top with green onions if desired.
