Spot Prawn Tostadas with Guacamole

Spot Prawn Tostadas with Guacamole

Ingredients

    • Spot Prawns Tray (1.5lb)

    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

    • 1/2 tsp paprika

    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

    • 1/2 tsp onion powder

    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 4 or 5 Large Avocados

    • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

    • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

    • 1/2 lime, juiced

    • salt & pepper

    • Round Tortilla Chips

    Directions

    1. Thaw shrimp, peel and place in bowl. Add olive oil and seasonings. Stir to combine and set aside.

    2. Mash avocados and mix with red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.

    3. Heat avocado oil or olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place shrimp in single layer and sautee for 1-2 min per side until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

    4. Place round tortilla chips on a platter. Scoop guacamole on top and then press a prawn on each chip.

    5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
