Ingredients
blank
1 lb Wild Alaskan King Salmon or Sockeye Salmon (2 x 8 oz portions)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder

blank
1 peach, pitted and diced
1 nectarine, pitted and diced
1/2 tomato, diced
1 jalapeno, sliced with seeds removed and diced into small pieces
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2-3 tsp lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat grill on med-high heat, approx 500°F.
Mix ingredients for the salmon rub in a small bowl.
Place salmon on a sheet of foil to use as a work surface, and lightly rub with olive oil. Brush the rub on. Top with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Place salmon on the grill grate with skin side up and turn the heat down to medium low. Close lid and grill for 3-4 minutes.
Gently flip the fish so the skin side is down and grill another 4-5 min, until it flakes easily.
While the salmon is cooking, chop up the fruit and mix in the other salsa ingredients.
Remove salmon from grill, serve with fresh fruit salsa, and enjoy!
