Easy Miso Black Cod Stir Fry

Whip up this Easy Miso Black Cod Stir Fry for a quick, healthy dinner packed with flavor. Tender, buttery black cod is stir-fried with fresh vegetables and coated in a savory miso sauce. Ready in under 30 minutes, this Asian-inspired dish is perfect for busy weeknights or a light, nutrient-rich meal.

Ingredients
2 portions (1 lb) Miso Marinated black cod (sablefish), skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp avocado (or preferred) neutral oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas or snow peas
- 1 small zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sear black cod pieces for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
Combine garlic, ginger, bell pepper, snap peas, zucchini, and mushrooms in hot skillet for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return black cod to the skillet.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through and fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve over steamed rice, soba noodles, or cauliflower rice.
