Premier Catch Pacific Northwest Grilled Salmon

Premier Catch Pacific Northwest Grilled Salmon

2 lbs King Salmon or Sockeye Salmon (4 x 8 oz) portions

Juice from 1 lemon

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp worchestershire sauce

1 tbsp garlic powder

4 tbsp brown sugar

chopped green onions or chives (optional)

Melt butter and whisk with soy sauce, worcestershire and lemon juice. Pre-heat grill on med-high heat, approx 500 degrees. Place fish skin side up and sear flesh for approx 3-4 min. Flip over and gently drizzle wet ingredients over fish. Let cook for another 8-10 min, sprinkling the garlic powder and brown sugar over fish for the last few minutes. Remove portions from grill, sprinkle chopped green onions or chives on and serve! Enjoy!

**Cooking times vary based on thickness of fish. Recipe can be subsituted for sockeye salmon, just reduce cooking times by half. Salmon is best enjoyed medium rare, so the fish retains its natural oil and flavor.**
