Ingredients

1 yellow squash, sliced
-
1 zucchini, sliced
-
1 yellow onion, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced
-
olive oil
-
salt & pepper
-
red pepper flakes
Directions
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Slice vegetables and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
Add to a grill pan and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve with grilled seafood.
