These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaska Spot Prawns. It’s also delicious with Wild Gulf Shrimp. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Spot Prawn Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Wild Alaska Spot Prawns or Wild Gulf Shrimp

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2-3 cups cooked white rice

  • ½ cup shredded cabbage

  • ½ cup sliced cucumber

  • ¼ cup diced mango

  • ¼ cup pickled red onion

  • ½ avocado

  • sriracha mayo

  • sesame seeds

  • diced green onions

Directions

  1. Thaw spot prawns, peel, and pat dry.

  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sautée the spot prawns in olive oil for 2 minutes per side. Set aside and allow to cool.

  3. To assemble the bowl, begin with a base of white rice, top it with cabbage, cucumber, diced mango, pickled onions, and the spot prawns.

  4. Top with a drizzle of sriracha mayo and black sesame seeds.

  5. Enjoy!
