Simply Seared Spot Prawns
1 tray of Wild Alaskan Spot Prawns (1.5lb)
3-4 tbsp EVOO
1 lemon, juiced
4 cloves garlic, minced
red pepper flakes
salt & pepper
Thaw and peel spot prawns.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for one to two minutes.
Add prawns to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes per side or until they turn pink.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (to taste.)
Serve with pasta, on top of a salad, or in a rice bowl. Enjoy!
