Classic Cobb Salad with Spot Prawns

Ingredients

6-12 Wild Alaska Spot Prawns
-
olive oil
-
salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

2-3 cups chopped romaine
-
2 hard boiled eggs
-
¼ cup blue cheese
-
¼ cup chopped cucumber
-
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
-
¼ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
-
½ avocado, sliced
-
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-
juice or ½ a lemon
-
1 clove minced garlic
-
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tsp sugar
-
⅓ cup olive oil
-
salt & pepper
Seared Spot Prawns:

Dressing:
Directions
Thaw prawns, rinse, and remove shells.
Toss peeled spot prawns in olive oil and lightly season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Sautée over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare salad by chopping ingredients.
Add all ingredients to a bowl with spot prawns.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl or cup and drizzle over salad.
Toss and enjoy!
