Ingredients

Wild Smoked King Salmon

cucumber, sliced

baby spinach
-
red onion, sliced

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp pesto

good sourdough bread
Directions
Thaw smoked salmon and break apart into bite-sized pieces.
In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and pesto.
Spread pesto-mayo mixture on toasted bread and assemble sandwich, layering on cucumber, sliced red onion, spinach and smoked salmon pieces.
