Ingredients
1 6oz portion of Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
Cucumber, sliced
Radish, sliced
Furikake seasoning
Spicy mayonnaise
Soy sauce
Directions
Thaw the salmon portion, pat dry, and remove the skin before slicing.
Slice the sashimi against the grain of the fish.
Use a mandolin or a very sharp knife for the cucumber and radish.
Sprinkle with furikake seasoning.
Serve with spicy mayo and soy sauce. Enjoy!
