Smoked Salmon Pinwheels
Wild Smoked King Salmon
2 flour tortillas
fresh dill, chopped
3/4 cup softened cream cheese
juice from fresh lemon
salt & pepper
Combine cream cheese, chopped dill and lemon juice in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Flake apart smoked salmon into bite sized pieces.
Place tortilla on cutting board, spread cream cheese/dill mixture all over, followed by the spinach and then the smoked salmon pieces.
Roll tightly, then slice using a sharp knife to desired size.
