These Asian-inspired lettuce wraps feature tender, flaky miso-marinated black cod, fresh vegetables, and a drizzle of sesame-lime sauce. They’re elegant enough for entertaining but simple enough for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
4 x 6oz Miso Marinated Sablefish (Black Cod)
- 1 head butter lettuce or Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
6 green onions, thinly sliced
Chopped cashews, for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish

- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place miso-marinated black cod fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, honey, and ginger. Set aside.
- Rinse and dry lettuce leaves.
- Flake the cooked black cod into large pieces.
Place fish in lettuce leaves, top with cashews, and drizzle with sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately as an appetizer, light dinner, or party dish.
