Spicy Spot Prawn Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes & Basil

Wild Alaska spot prawns are sautéed with garlic, red pepper flakes and cherry tomatoes, then tossed with basil and parmesan over angel hair pasta for a quick, spicy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
Wild Alaska Spot Prawns Tray (1.5lb)
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
4 cloves of garlic
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Parmesan Cheese
Angel Hair Pasta
Directions
Peel and devein the spot prawns, removing the heads if attached, and pat dry.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet.
Add garlic to the skillet and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium.
Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. These ingredients can be adjusted for flavor preferences.
Toss cherry tomatoes in and saute until soft.
Add the spot prawns and cook until pink.
Add the basil and cheese, then stir gently.
Cook the pasta in the boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Place the cooked pasta on a platter and pour the prawn, tomato mixture over the top.
Serve & enjoy!
Optional: Top with more cheese.
