These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaska Spot Prawns. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Spicy Spot Prawn Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes & Basil

Ingredients

  • Spot Prawns Tray (1.5lb)

  • 2 tbsp of Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh Basil

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Angel Hair Pasta

Directions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet.

  2. In a pot, start to boil water to make the pasta.

  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sautee for 2-3 minutes on medium.

  4. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. These ingredients can be adjusted for flavor preferences.

  5. Toss cherry tomatoes in and sautee until soft.

  6. Add the spot prawns and cook until pink.

  7. Add basil and cheese stir gently.

  8. While the prawns cook, cook the pasta.

  9. Place the cooked pasta on a platter and pour the prawn, tomato mixture over the top.

  10. Serve & enjoy!

  11. Optional: Top with more cheese.
