Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad with Lemon

Ingredients

1 package Wild Alaska Smoked King Salmon

1 package macaroni pasta or pasta of choice

olive oil
-
½ cup chopped cucumbers
-
½ cup diced red onion
-
½ cup green peas
-
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
-
¼ cup chopped green onion
-
1 cup greek yogurt
-
4 cloves minced garlic
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
2 tsp Dijon mustard
-
salt & pepper
Dressing:
Directions
Thaw Wild Alaska Smoked King Salmon.
Cook pasta according to package. Add to a large bowl and toss with olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.
Once pasta is cooked, add chopped cucumbers, red onion, dill, green onions, and flakes smoked salmon. Toss together gently.
In a medium sized bowl, add the dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss.
Squeeze extra lemon on top.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge until ready to eat!
