Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
8 large eggs
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 pickles, diced + 2 tsp pickle juice from jar
2 tsp dijon mustard
salt & pepper
pinch of paprika
garnish: freshly chopped chives and dill
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, gently submerge 8 eggs in the water. Boil for 30 seconds, then cover, and simmer for 8 minutes. When done, cool eggs in a bowl of ice water and peel under cool running water.
Pat peeled eggs dry, slice in half, carefully remove the yolks, and place the yolks in a bowl.
Combine yolks with mayonnaise, flaked smoked salmon, diced pickles + liquid, dijon, salt & pepper. Add paprika according to taste. Mash well with a work.
Fill the egg whites with the salmon mixture.
Sprinkle with chives and add dill to each one.
Serve cold and enjoy!
