Ingredients

Wild Alaska Sockeye (or King Salmon)

4-5 cups mixed greens

2 cups rice (white, brown, or cauliflower)

1 cup shredded red cabbage
-
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber slices
-
pickled onions
-
Furikake seasoning
-
KariKari Chili Crisp
-
Optional: coconut aminos to dress
Salmon:

Directions
Thaw salmon and pat dry. Brush with honey harissa glaze and top with KariKari chili crisp or season to your liking.
Air fry salmon for 7 minutes at 400 degrees.
While salmon cooks, prepare the other ingredients.
Assemble salad with greens and veggies, topped with salmon, and garnished with furikake seasoning and KariKari chili crisp. Serve with coconut aminos.
