1 x 6oz portion of Sockeye Salmon
1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
2 tsbp chopped green onion
1/2 tsp sesame oil
optional: chili oil to taste
1 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped or mashed
Skin and chop salmon into bite size pieces.
Mix salmon with chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil.
Place cooked white rice in a measuring cup and flip it on a plate to keep the shape.
Top rice with chopped cucumber.
Add chopped or mashed avocado to rice and cucumber stack.
Top stack off with salmon poke mix and enjoy!
