Cajun-rubbed wild Alaska king salmon is air-fried until flaky and served over rice with steamed broccoli, avocado, green onion and a creamy sriracha-sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients
2 x 8 oz portions Wild Alaskan King Salmon
Cajun Seasoning
White Rice
Broccoli
Avocado
Green Onion

1 cup Japanese Mayo
1/2 cup Sriracha Sauce
1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
Directions
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Steam or roast the broccoli until tender.
Thaw the salmon, pat dry, and cut into 1/2" pieces.
Rub with cajun seasoning.
Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 5-6 minutes, until opaque and it flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is cooking, combine the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside.
Add rice, broccoli, salmon, avocado, and green onions to a bowl.
Drizzle creamy sauce over.
Serve and enjoy!
