Premier Catch Halibut Fish Tacos

Ingredients

1 lb (2 x 8 oz portions) Wild Pacific Halibut, cut into 1 1/2" strips

1/2 small onion, chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
-
juice from 1/2 a lime
-
salt and pepper to taste

1 cup of beer
-
1 large egg
-
3/4 cup flour
-
1/2 tsp dry mustard
-
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
-
1 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp pepper
Fish Sauce:

Directions
Fish Sauce:
Mix ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Fish:
Mix beer, egg, flour, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil in a large skillet or small fryer.
Dip fish in batter and fry until golden brown.
Tacos:
Prepare tacos with warmed flour or corn tortillas, chopped cabbage, sliced avocado, and fish sauce. We also topped ours with mango-salsa from Met Market.
