1 6oz Can of Premier Catch Wild Albacore Tuna
Mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
Chopped chives
Red onion, diced
Salt & pepper
Cucumber
Optional: avocado

Directions

Mix together the albacore tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped chives, red onion, salt & pepper until your desired consistency.
Slice a cucumber into rounds.
Top the cucumber with some of the tuna mixture and avocado, if using.
Serve and enjoy!
