Parmesan Crusted Halibut with Penne

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Pacific Halibut. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Parmesan Crusted Halibut with Penne

Ingredients

  • 2 x 8oz Wild Pacific Halibut

  • olive oil

  • ½ lemon, jucied

  • salt and pepper

  • ½ cup bread crumbs

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Thaw halibut and pat dry.

  2. In a small bowl, combine parmesan, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

  3. Lightly season halibut with olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper.

  4. Coat the halibut with the parmesan mixture until well covered.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. While the halibut cooks, cook pasta according to the package and add sauce of your choice .

  7. Serve halibut with pasta and enjoy!
