Mediterranean Halibut en Papillote
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Pacific Halibut. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
8oz Wild Pacific Halibut
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper
cherry tomatoes, halved
lemon slices for garnish
Thaw halibut and pat dry. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add halibut to a sheet of parchment paper. Brush paprika-butter over the halibut. Add arugula, tomatoes, and olives around the edges. Fold the parchment paper until the halibut is sealed inside.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once cooked, serve halibut on a bed of greens, rice, or pasta.
