Mediterranean Halibut en Papillote

These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Pacific Halibut. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Mediterranean Halibut en Papillote

Ingredients

  • 8oz Wild Pacific Halibut

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • salt and pepper

  • parchment paper

  • arugula

  • cherry tomatoes, halved

  • olives, halved

  • lemon slices for garnish

Directions

  1. Thaw halibut and pat dry. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add halibut to a sheet of parchment paper. Brush paprika-butter over the halibut. Add arugula, tomatoes, and olives around the edges. Fold the parchment paper until the halibut is sealed inside.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Once cooked, serve halibut on a bed of greens, rice, or pasta.

  6. Enjoy!
