Ingredients

Wild Alaska Spot Prawns

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Red pepper flakes

2 tbsp honey

¼ cup soy sauce
-
2 tsp sriracha (or more to taste)

⅓ cup olive oil
-
1 tsp corn starch
-
6 cups cooked white rice
-
1 cup edamame, divided
-
1 cup sliced cucumber, divided

Green onions, diced
Honey Sriracha Spot Prawns:

Directions
Thaw spot prawns, rinse, and remove shells.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, sriracha, and olive oil.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add prawns with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sautée for 2 minutes.
Heat a new skillet over medium high heat and add the honey sriracha sauce. Toss shrimp in and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat to avoid overcooking.
Assemble each bowl with one cup of rice, ¼ cup edamame, ¼ cup cucumber, and a fourth of the spot prawns. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over the bowls. Top with green onions.
Serve and enjoy!
