Grilled Halibut with Kitchen and Market Crisp Asian Slaw
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon and our favorite Kitchen and Market products! We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
2 x 8oz Pacific Halibut
salt & pepper
Kitchen and Market Coleslaw Mix
½ cup freshly chopped cilantro
2-3 tbsp crispy onions
Kitchen and Market Nuoc Cham sauce (to taste)
Kitchen and Market tuxedo salt
Crisp Asian Slaw:
Thaw halibut and pat dry.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush olive oil, salt, and pepper on the halibut and grill for 10 minutes.
While the halibut cooks, prepare the asian slaw by mixing the Kitchen and Market coleslaw mix with a ton of chopped cilantro, and crispy onions. Dress with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Nuoc Cham sauce to taste. Finish with tuxedo salt to make sure it is really well seasoned.
Top the asian slaw with the grilled halibut.
